Online retrospective tool for agile & Scrum teams

Better teams start with a little rewind.

Run structured retrospectives that help your team celebrate wins, uncover challenges, and agree on actionable next steps — all in one place.

Free account for you. Teammates just join with a link — no sign-up.

How it works

Three steps. Zero ceremony.

  1. Step 1

    Add thoughts

Everyone drops notes into simple columns — named or anonymous. Press Enter and it pops onto the board.

  2. Step 2

    Vote together

Each person gets a handful of votes. Results stay hidden until everyone's done, so nobody gets swayed.

  3. Step 3

    Make things better

Talk through the top topics, turn them into owned action items, and celebrate with a tidy summary.

Invite the team with one link.

Every retro gets its own URL and is saved to your account. Share it in Slack or your call chat — teammates just type a name and they're in as guests. No accounts for them, no invites to manage.

  • Live updates — notes appear as people type them
  • See who's here with presence dots
  • The facilitator steers phases for everyone

About RetroPop

What is RetroPop?
RetroPop is an online retrospective tool. A facilitator picks a retro format, shares a link, and the team writes notes, votes and agrees on actions together in real time, guided stage by stage.
Who is it for?
Agile and Scrum teams, Scrum Masters, team leads and anyone who runs regular team retrospectives, in the office or remote.
How is it different from a whiteboard?
A whiteboard gives you a blank canvas. RetroPop gives every retro a structure: a format with prompts, guided stages with timers, hidden voting, a focused discussion view and action items with owners.
Do participants need an account?
No. Only the facilitator needs a free account. Teammates join with the link and their name.

Simple pricing. Mostly free.

Every feature is free. Pay only when your team needs more than 3 boards: one subscription covers the whole team.

Full pricing details

Who needs to pay?
Only the team: one subscription, paid by its owner or an admin, covers everyone in it. Teammates join the team with an invite link, and guests who join a board with its link never pay and don't need an account.
How many teams can I have?
Every account comes with one team of its own. Invite as many teammates to it as you like, or join someone else's team with their invite link. Each team has its own plan.
What counts as a board?
Every board in the team counts towards its 3, including archived ones. Each team has its own limit, demo boards don't count, and deleting a board frees its slot.
How does billing work?
Pro is €6/month per team (not per person), charged monthly by card through Stripe. You get an email receipt and can download invoices from the team page.
What happens if I cancel?
Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that the team is back on Free: its boards and history stay, but new boards can only be created while it has fewer than 3.
